Our finance guy Brian was very friendly and did not give you the shrewd feeling of "let’s hurry this up", and forcefully shove additional unneeded items down your throat that many of the other dealers try. Our salesman Don Jacobs, was not only helpful at the beginning but was a savior when we decided to change colors midstream of our new vehicle. Don also informed us through the stages of production and contacted us immediately when our vehicle arrived. We had a few issued with factory problems and Joe in service was “Johnny on the spot” and was ready to complete the fix in a few days. Two major dealers actually ignored us even going as far as to not respond to emails. We search and checked inventories and almost overlooked Klaben only because of the lack of in stock vehicles. Well now I know why! We were referred to our sales rep Don Jacobs and after meeting with him our search was over. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with ordering exactly what we wanted in our Jeeps. There was a no BS approach to pricing and a very fair deal was struck. Fellow Jeepers take note and do not skip over this dealership in your search! Even though I have hopes of my Jeep lasting forever (hope being the key word) I will definitely recommend this dealer and especially Don Jacobs to any interested ear. More

My wife and I purchased a 2012 Town and Country. This was our first purchase from a dealer and we were prepared for the worst. Andrew Bennett got back to me right away and emailed me detailed information about the vehicle including a Car Fax report on the vehicle. We arrived at the dealership about 20 minutes before closing, but that was not a problem. Everyone was very professional and there were no "high pressure" sales tactics used. We got a great deal on the van (about $4000 below Blue Book) and great financing (they beat the pre-approval rate that I had secured through a third party before visiting them). Overall, the experience was great and we are very pleased with both the level of service and the price. More
