John started the paperwork, signed all the papers, from there we went to the Finance Dept. and worked with Brian, who was quick & courteous! He immediately sat down with us and keyed into the computer our requirements for a new truck. We had very specific needs because we had just bought a 5th wheel. He found a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel that met our needs, brought it right away, we brought in our trade-ins and we were done! The truck is absolutely perfect for what we need - we love it.
