Chuck is very friendly and knew what i was looking for before i did. He took us for a ride in a new jeep cherokee and i was amazed at the knowledge he had on the car. He knew everything about the options and how to use them too. although i didn't want another black car and there was not another one on the lot in that model, he showed us a different model for the same price and within a couple of hours we were driving a new 2015 jeep cherokee home. when it is time to trade or buy another car i would for sure find Chuck to sell me another one! great experience and even the finance guy was great putting my payment where i needed it to be. 2014 Jeep Patriot Altitude purchase I was a difficult case to finance. Chuck Lindon, our salesman, did not hesitate for a second, (even after knowing what he was dealing with) he jumped I was a difficult case to finance. Chuck Lindon, our salesman, did not hesitate for a second, (even after knowing what he was dealing with) he jumped right in, anxious to see if they could help. And he did things the right way... Before we even got started, we ran the credit and made sure I didnt get my hopes up for a vehicle. We are extremely busy people, and I was literally in and out of the dealership in four hours.I cannot tell you how important that was to me! And I left with a brand new vehicle! ( They filled the tank, they washed it & vaccuumed it and made nice!) I never felt " played". The general manager came over and introduced himself,Im sorry, I forgot his name, but he was very nice too.( how many times at a dealership, is the manager hiding in the back, making decisions on whats "best for you" and you never see their face?) That was not the case!!! I felt they were honest, fair, and polite. I think all of us agree, this was a win-win, for them and us. This is my second and third purchase( yes, we bought two last weekend) with a Klaben Autostore, and as long as I am treated like this, I will keep coming back too. ( my daughters car is next! ) More
