I did most of my research online and communicated w/ Chuck via email for a couple days until we found the perfect jeep. He was very patient with me and it was a pleasure working with him. He had all of the details worked out ahead of time and all I had to do was show up, fill out some quick paperwork and drive off in my new Jeep!!! The first dealership worked up a deal on a vehicle he had to go get but after 5 days called to say that fell through and tried to get me into a vehicle with additional features at additional costs. After calling Klaben and talking to Caleb Jacobs, he answered a lot of questions and was honest and upfront about what he could do. He did not try to sell me a vehicle I didn't want. Caleb worked hard and communicated with me about every step unlike the experience I had with the other dealership. Thank you Caleb for your honest approach which won you the sale! :) More
