This was our fourth car dealership in as many days, and we drove an hour from our home to get to Klaban. We are so glad we took the time to come out. Chuck knew we were coming; he greeted us in the parking lot, and had the vehicle we were interested in pulled up in front, ready for us to inspect and test drive. For the entire three hours we were at Klaban Chuck gave us his undivided attention! (This was so refreshing especially after our visits to other dealers.) It was such a pleasant experience. Courtney Means Hatcher, my salesman, was very knowledgable about the Ram Truck and explained all the incentives and buying options in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated the fact that she never used high pressure tactics which I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. After my purchase, even though it was late in the day, she stayed with me, provided in depth instruction on all the vehicle features and components, had the vehicle cleaned, detailed, and gassed up so I could drive it home that day. Also Kim Devlin (Financial Rep) and the rest of the Klaben staff that I dealt with yesterday were very friendly and extremely helpful. I have purchased 11 new vehicles in my lifetime so far and this was by far the best the buying experience that I have ever had from sale to purchase. I will definitely return in the future! More

He( my husband) said we needed to request Chuck when we came back because he really liked him . Chuck also had his father who worked at Chrysler like myself and was very respectful of that . Unlike another dealership in the Falls who told my husband that they would offer the friends and family discount themselves and it would be better then Chrylser which was not true. We came up on a Thursday night and did our test drives and we bought the Chrysler 2015, 200 series . I came up on a Sat to pick it up and Chuck couldn't do a tech training with me so I came up the following Thursday and he spent about an hour and a half explaining all technical features on my car. My first Klaben experience This was my first vehicle purchased from Klaben. Needless to say it wont be my last one i purchase from there. My sales person was Don Jacobs.
