2014 dodge ram 1500 sport I have gone to this dealership with my hopes down. Credit was low I am on social security. I never thought I would walk out with my dream truck. I even hold the most trade ins for this truck (5). The payments were a little high but it is the quality that I was purchasing and having klaben stand behind the truck. The truck has always went in for service at klaben and Justin is the greatest. He always treated me as apart of the klaben family, and my truck as if it was his own. I had one issue which took the engineers and the service department seven days to fix this. Justin never gave up on my truck to make it right.they even put me in a 2014 ram not as nice as mine but the thought of Justin to make sure I was in something like my ram. I am sooooo thank full for klaben and Caleb that made my dream come true! My ram had won the best in show at the massillon car show for 2014. Even after a year when we walk into klaben we are treated with the up most respect. One other thing the klaben rewards card has saved me a lot of money not only for oil changes but with all my modified Mopar parts. More

And purchasing a vehicle is one of those "necessary evils" that I always dread... The going back and forth and not exactly knowing what you are going to get sometimes tends to keep me up at night... The fear of the unknown can be a terrifying thing... Well... Then I met Chuck Lindon over at Klaben.... What a refreshing change! I've always been a Honda person and it took me a little bit to get used to a different manufacturer and a different way of doing things... I have had EXCELLENT experiences with Hondas and Honda dealerships in the past.. and I was extremely hesitant of changing pretty much everything that I know about dealerships and different manufacturers... But I realize now that getting into a Jeep Wrangler and a "fear of the unknown" truly isn't a bad thing! Chuck took me step by step through the process and answered all the questions that I had... As a commercial pilot my schedule can be pretty hectic at times... but patience prevailed and everything worked out well!
