First off, Courtney Hatcher really listened to my needs and wants of a vehicle and didn't try to push me into anything. You could tell that she didn't want to just sell me a car to benefit her paycheck. She genuinely cared about the features and details of what I wanted in a car. Needless to say I am very happy with the car I chose. The price was reasonable and the customer service was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Courtney to my friends and family. More

Best car buying expeirence I've ever had! I have been talking about getting a new vehicle for months. This past Saturday my husband and I went out to "drive" a few vehicles. I honestly had no intentions of buying a new Jeep that day, in fact I was set out to drive several SVU type vehicles that day from several different dealerships. Our first and only stop was at Klaben. I have always had my heart set on a Jeep. We met our AWESOME sales associate Chuck Lindon that day and had a wonderful Jeep buying experience. Chuck was EXTREMELY helpful and was in no way your typical car sales guy! In fact, after purchasing my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, I found out that I was eligible for the Chrysler family discount. We called Chuck the following Monday and he took care of us! I went back to the dealership after work and redid my financial paperwork for the Chrysler discount. We have dealt with Klaben for many years, the first time when we relocated to Ravenna in 2005. They has serviced our 2004 Focus for the duration of our ownership. The service was exceptional enough that when we decided to upgrade to a Jeep so we went to Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram without hesitation! We traded my Focus in for a Jeep where we had a STELLAR sales experience with Gilbert Perrin. He made us feel like welcome and that we were not just a sale for the day but a live human being. My husband loves the new Jeep and we have been extremely happy with the services, so much so that he decided he was putting too many miles on his car and wanted to extend its useful life, thus the purchase of the new Jeep from Klaben.
