I worked with the sales rep Courtney Hatcher and couldn't have been more pleased with the whole buying experience. Courtney was very personable and easy to talk to, kind of like speaking to a friend. She was never pushy or aggressive in her sales tack-ticks and helped to explain both the pros and the cons of my purchase. She made me feel comfortable and that's the most important thing to me when making a purchase this large. I asked my husband if we could go back to a Jeep instead of going back to where our lease was from. After his initial research and going to look, my husband Eric presented me with 2 options. A week or so ago we went to do the test drives. I became further attached to the Jeep. Our sales associate, Caleb Jacobs was very understanding, friendly and well-versed on anything I could possibly ask about the Cherokee Limited, and then some (he even answered questions my dad had regarding the Grand Cherokee Overland he was interested in but lives in N.C.). Caleb knew he had some potential competition and accepted the challenge head on! He was very patient throughout the process and took as much time as needed, whether we were sitting down with him or calling/texting him during the day. I went back for a 2nd test drive and Caleb not only was waiting for me but had the showroom vehicle I kept gravitating back to outside and ready to go. Caleb took me back over ever aspect and feature of the Jeep bumper to bumper top to bottom inside and out.....he was even welcoming and excited to answer the 2 pages of additional questions I had come up with for him. Before I left, I was given additional "fact" sheets to discuss with my husband so we could make our decision, even though mine was already made. My husband thought I was pulling a fast one with all the additional information I came home with and after texting with Caleb a few more questions, my husband finally called him. Caleb verified everything I had relayed was correct. Within the next day my husband called Caleb and asked him to have everything ready for us to come in this past Thurs. night to sign and take my Jeep home! When we finally arrived my husband saw a Grand Cherokee in the showroom he was interested in. Caleb didn't hesitate to have the numbers run for us and said if we decided to move up, it wouldn't be a problem at all! We ended up taking home the initial Jeep we came in for. Caleb again took the time to go over the features with me and said he is available whenever I had questions about anything. I am positive Caleb and Klaben have customers for life!
