Great experience. I had researched vehicles for a couple of months, had been to the auto show, and was ready to buy. The truck I wanted, at least with the features I was not willing to compromise on, was not to be found online or at any of the local dealers (within 100 miles of home). I tried a search on Cars.com and as a result Don Jacobs from Klaben sent me an email offering to help. After a brief phone conversation and a few more emails, he had located a truck with all the required features. All but one other dealership I had contact with during my search were only interested in getting me on the lot, even though they didn't have anything for me to look at. Don did the work to understand what I wanted, located it, and got the sale. The entire process, from first conversation through the financing paperwork was respectful of my time, efficient, and stress free. Thanks for a great buying experience. More

We gave John a call to make sure he would be available in the evening and told him that we were interested in test driving a Dodge Dart. John remembered us and had a Dart that suited our tastes ready when we arrived. After a test drive, we decided it wasn't quite what we were looking for. I think John can read minds, because he had already pulled out and prepared a Chrysler 200 before we arrived. The 200 was exactly what we were looking for, and John's strong listening skills and attention to our needs had come through for us again.
