Klaben Jeep Service I didn't buy my Jeep at Klaben but took it there for service for two reasons. I took my 2015 Patriot in for a radio software upgrade, oil change, and tire rotation. Great experience. I had researched vehicles for a couple of months, had been to the auto show, and was ready to buy. The truck I wanted, at least with the features I was not willing to compromise on, was not to be found online or at any of the local dealers (within 100 miles of home). I tried a search on Cars.com and as a result Don Jacobs from Klaben sent me an email offering to help. After a brief phone conversation and a few more emails, he had located a truck with all the required features. All but one other dealership I had contact with during my search were only interested in getting me on the lot, even though they didn't have anything for me to look at. Don did the work to understand what I wanted, located it, and got the sale. The entire process, from first conversation through the financing paperwork was respectful of my time, efficient, and stress free. Thanks for a great buying experience. More

My truck is an older model and is always well taken care of. The service advisor Justin is always extremely pleasant to work with and happy to help with any problem I have. He is knowledgeable about any recalls and updates as well as help for tires when I needed them. He is one of the main reasons I return to this service center for all my vehicle needs even if its just for an oil change. I've owned Jeep's in the past but not certain what model would best fit our lifestyle. Initially I test drove a Cherokee back in November, then a Grand Cherokee but didn't buy right away. My sales person didn't pressure at all....just kept in touch, offering assistance whenever I was ready. Three months later, an eternity in a car salesperson's life, I returned to Klaben in Kent to test drive a certified Grand Cherokee Laredo...it was a good fit, great price and easy process with my trade-in. Drove it home right after the test drive. No pressure, just a sale person who took the time to find the right vehicle for us. 5 stars out of 5. More
