Maintenance For My Aging Everyday Vehicle from Canton OH I phoned my “personal” Chrysler service writer (Justin Stinnett) and made a service appointment for the next day. Along with the usual factory oil change on my aging Chrysler Pacifica (105K), I felt it was time to perform a second automatic transmission service (fluid and filter), a brake fluid flush, and suspension alignment. All of these tasks were performed with me knowing the cost before starting, and they were done on time and in a professional manor. I am very happy with the Klaben sales & service experience. Had EXACTLY the 2013 Chrysler 200 that I wanted! Had searched for one particular Chrysler for a few months. Other dealers had something close, but NOT what I wanted. Found the perfect car on the lot at Klaben in Kent; the right color, extra's and most of all, price. Jeff Phillips was my salesman; very courteous, informative and worked well with me. Saw the car on Saturday and Monday came back with a bank check and drove off in my wonderful car that had been washed, cleaned and ready to go, AND, at the price that I wanted.. VERY, VERY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE TRANSACTION. No treating me like a "dumb" woman, which is the treatment I got from the dealership across and down the street from Klaben. The manager there lied to me, and tried to tack on an extra $600.00 for a remote start that I wanted on the car I was slightly interested in, AND the price that had been quoted to me had suddenly gone up by $800.00. Klaben and Jeff Phillips were wonderful, and makes me realize that not all used car places and sales people are only interested in the all mighty buck. More

Amazing Experience with Zack I haven't been on a car lot since 1998 when I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The thought of having to deal with a pushy sales man trying to sell me so I haven't been on a car lot since 1998 when I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The thought of having to deal with a pushy sales man trying to sell me something I didn't need or want was something I wasn't looking forward to. But several of my co-workers said go to Klaben in Kent and you'll be really surprised how easy it is. I was hesitant but decided to go anyways and I'm glad I did. We were met on the lot by Zack. He wasn't pushy at all. He made me feel comfortable and listened to what I had to say. He was funny, friendly and professional. He worked very hard to get me into my new Jeep and to calm my anxiety...even offering me lunch. I am truly appreciative of everything Zack did for me and and am glad he was the one that approached me on the lot that day.
