He didn't try to steer us toward a vehicle that would tax our budget. He was honest when he wasn't sure of an answer and quickly found the answer for us. He is very knowledgeable about all of the features of the truck we were looking at. Once we decided to lease the vehicle, he took a very generous amount of time to explain all of the features, how they work, and why. I look forward to dealing with Klaben and Don Jacobs again. It is hard not to walk away from making a large purchase without That twinge of buyers remorse, especially if you didn't have a comfortable feeling about the salesperson. After having spent some time online researching vehicles, taking the one I liked and wanted on a test drive, and sitting down with Chuck Lindon to go over some of the options, I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured into making a purchase. Church was very easy going, allowing me to talk my way through the sale rather then pushing me into it. In a word, I was comfortable. He helped renew my faith in Klaben. More
