Don Jacobs took the time to review all the pertinent information right up front to put an offer in front of me in a very short period of time. Honestly I was in and out in less than 2 1/2 hours with a new leased Ram Big Horn that both exceeded my needs as well as hitting my number for a monthly payment. From Don in sales, to the sales manager, finance manager to the owner who personally thanked me, everyone made an effort to ensure that my experience was the best it could possibly be.
