After explaining our needs, John asked questions to get a better picture of what we needed and expected, then went to consult with the sales manager and finance department. In what seemed like no time at all, John came back with a solution, numbers that worked for us and a new Jeep! We are both very happy with Klaben, John Coco and the rest of the staff! We bought our first one just last August and My wife and I have now bought our 2nd Jeep Wrangler from Chuck Lindon and Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. We bought our first one just last August and we love it. When we decided to buy our second one just 10 months later, we didn't have to bother with shopping around for a dealer and sales agent. Working with Chuck and the Klaben staff the first time was a great experience so we didn't have any reason to go anywhere else. All we did was call Chuck and asked him to find us another Jeep but this time in a 2 door, and by that afternoon he located the one we ended up buying. Now that's great service!
