best customer service ever we came to klaben after a really bad experience at a dealer in ravenna. the salesman, chad worrell, greeted us before we got inside the shop and quic we came to klaben after a really bad experience at a dealer in ravenna. the salesman, chad worrell, greeted us before we got inside the shop and quickly assessed our needs. we were looking for jeep to fit my rather large sized son. he led us through a total of 5 vehicles to try on for size. but sadly, none actually fit both his size and our budget. chad was so helpful and willing to let him try them out. he even let us test drive one that we would have loved if we could have afforded it. i will refer my friends to this dealership, and in particular, to chad, if they are car shopping. we did surprize ourselves and find one at another dealership a couple of days later. i needed a second opinion about how tightly the 4wd shifted. the klaben tech was accomodating to my non appointment request to take a quick look. he evaluated it and did not even charge me. i am happy to report i feel very good about my interactions with klaben staff and dealership. thank you. Nice saleman, SLOW process We liked the salesman we had at this dealership and the used vehicle selection. However, once we had agreed upon an amount and a payment our salesman We liked the salesman we had at this dealership and the used vehicle selection. However, once we had agreed upon an amount and a payment our salesman left and the finance guy came over and had made a mistake on our initial report. Guess what? Our payment would need to be more than what we had agreed upon. This schtick has been observed each time we've gone to purchase a car and quite frankly I'm bored of it. I let the finance guy know I was not happy and that he needed to find a way to make the original deal happen. He was able to do that. Also, the lady with whom we signed all the papers at the end was pushy with the upgrade of the warranty, which was annoying especially since we'd been there all evening; we were there over 3 hours. I don't know that I'll return to this dealership, but I would if they had a vehicle I was interested in. More

Treated with respect even though I am young I am a young college student and while I was car shopping I had a hard time finding a salesman to take me serious. Chad not only treated me with respect but he also took the time to get me in the car I wanted, showed me how the features worked and he even waxed my car for me! How many car salesman take the time to wax the cars they sale?! Then to top it off Bryan was able to get me an extended warranty without raising my payments, Being a college student i really appreciate that! Zero hassle upfront work done by theses guys, amazing dealer I worked with John Coco at Klaben Dodge, he sold a truck to my father a week or so ago, I was also in the market for a truck, seeing as Klaben was 40 I worked with John Coco at Klaben Dodge, he sold a truck to my father a week or so ago, I was also in the market for a truck, seeing as Klaben was 40 miles from my house it was tough for me to get out there and I didn't want to have to make multiple trips, I called John he grabbed some info and WAM BAM THANK YOU MAM, he called me about 45 minutes later and said I have the truck, this is what your payment is, they waited late for me to to arrive, I walked in to a happy staff who was all about making sure I was taken care off, even though they had stayed until I was able to get off work and make the drive out there, my new truck was washed and waiting out front all I had to do was sign and walk out the door, there was no hassle no change in price, it was honestly the easiest car buying experience I have had, John was upfront and honest and he has earned future business from me and my family, Klaben is a class act dealership and are well worth the 45 minute drive, I couldn't be happier and I would recommend this dealership to anyone More

When we decided to pull the trigger on getting the Cherokee, Zach was great about finding us what we wanted and fair about dealing with things that were different on the vehicle. I did feel that the experience with the trade-in started off rocky with the initial figure, but after talking with Zach, and Zach with his manager, we were able to come to an agreement that made us feel comfortable.
