I felt comfortable the entire time and he was also very knowledgeable about every question that I asked him while even giving me advice from his personal experiences. They took the Fear OUT of buying a new car My wife and I have not been in a dealership to buy a new car since 1990. I did all the research, new what I wanted to pay, and had all my ammunition lined up. They weren't going to bully me! They didn't try, and don't work that way. Thier price was right in line with my idea of a good deal. No need to haggle, Our sales rep, Don Jacobs, was attentive, responsive, and when he delivered the car it was full of fuel, and ready to go. He spent about thirty minutes with my wife showing her all the new features she got. She is a power user with the UConnect, now! Everyone there was friendly, and they made us feel important... we even got to meet my favorite radio host while we were there. He was buying a new car, also.
