Got my first new car! I originally went in to look at a used jeep I had seen online and was informed that the car had already been sold. Bummer right? Nope!! I spoke with a salesman named John and he showed me that I could lease a brand new 2015 Chrysler 200 for a great monthly rate and talked to me about how everything would work. I took it on a test drive and its a beautiful vehicle, super comfortable and amazing! Everyone at the dealership was really nice and accommodating and answered all my questions and help me out a lot! NO pressure Requested info online received email next morning with carfax link, dealer service record, and more. No annoying, high pressure "when can you come in" Requested info online received email next morning with carfax link, dealer service record, and more. No annoying, high pressure "when can you come in" phone calls. I waited almost a week before contacting them to schedule a test drive. Again done by email with no nagging and no pressure. Arrived at dealership, car was parked out front and met sales rep who spent over an hour with me going over every detail of the car and the test drive. After returning from the test drive I needed a break to clear my head and look past all the " new car excitment" I was not nagged or pressured during this time no other reps approached me. When I was ready and went back in my sales rep was waiting for me. He had not run off and got busy doing something else. We began to talk numbers and sadly his number did not match mine so I had to leave. After having the night to think about it at home I realized our numbers were not that far apart. So I sent an email the next morning with a new offer, received a counter offer with in the hour which I accepcted. To be honest I LOVED the fact email worked so well. It ia VERY intimidating to be a female walking into a dealership with lots of guys and new cars everywhere and the stigma of all of that. More

Instead of the hour long interrogation I was dreading, within 15 mins I was on the road with John for a test drive in a car that was in my price range. The entire process was handled with clarity and honesty; no backhanded dealing or sleight-of-hand dealing. They worked to make sure I was getting the best rate on my loans and were simply incredibly helpful the whole time, and made sure I understood every step along the way. Other customers that came in during my visit were treated with the same level of respect and enthusiasm that I had been.
