Tony and Brian could not have made my purchase any easier. When I wasn’t quite certain about the car, I did not receive any annoying phone calls or texts trying to pressure me. They were GREAT! I went to Klaben with a very difficult situation. Our lease vehicle was WAY over mileage and had a few bumps and bruises, well a little more than that I went to Klaben with a very difficult situation. Our lease vehicle was WAY over mileage and had a few bumps and bruises, well a little more than that.. I really thought we were stuck and would never be able to afford the repairs and mileage fees on top of getting a new set of wheels. But, Klaben and Don Jacob worked with us and helped us get into another vehicle without costing us an arm and a leg. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile and help me get into another car without hesitation. Thank you for the compassion and understanding that life throws uncontrolled curves at all of us from time to time, but yet you still worked with us and was willing to help...OH and I can't forget Brian in finance~he was, like always, on top of things and made the purchase painless and did it with his great sense of humor. Quick to make a great offer, pleasant experience We were seeking a Chrysler Pacifica hybrid limited. Nobody locally had one, so we emailed 8 dealers in a 100 mile radius with vehicles matching or spe We were seeking a Chrysler Pacifica hybrid limited. Nobody locally had one, so we emailed 8 dealers in a 100 mile radius with vehicles matching or specs. We explained that we could not visit until we had negotiated the best offer. Klaben was quick to reply and the only one to negotiate via email. They offered the best price by far and did not play games. Other dealers tried to sell at sticker price and, when told we had a better offer, said they'd like a chance to match it. Nobody could. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, the sales staff was helpful and courteous. They did all sorts of prep we didn't expect them to (like pairing the back seat remotes). They also made other accommodations that they did not need to, but I won't specify because I don't think they would always do. This was even more surprising because we are unlikely to travel to this dealership for service as we have many more much closer. Overall, best price and great buying experience from Klaben. More
