The service was irritating Granted my car did have warranty work. The promise date continued to be pushed back from a week to three. I was not the one who picked up my car but w Granted my car did have warranty work. The promise date continued to be pushed back from a week to three. I was not the one who picked up my car but when I received it there was a large crack on the windshield that they said was there before hand. I have no idea how a crack could magically appear underneath the plastic cover of the windshield. Also have pictures to prove. But again I did not sign off on the car and accepted it as is. I was extremely livid when I recieved my car and do not reccomend the service at this place unless you want your stuff broken. More

Warranty repairs I noticed decreased mileage and changing shift points while driving my 2018 Silverado. Brand new trucks shouldn’t have these issues. I asked about transmission issues in the service department and was told that the torque converter may be the issue. I appreciate that candor very much. I dropped my truck off Monday morning and was able to pick it up with all repairs completed on Tuesday morning. Given that I am leaving on a 2500 mile trip through mountains and will be pulling a trailer on Thursday I am very impressed that your service department diagnosed and repaired the problem so efficiently. This trip will be a big test...I hope I am just as impressed after. More
