Car noise. Had an issue with noise coming from the back of the car. Dealer checked it out and determined that the road was because of choppy tires. 2014 Chevy Volt repair Bought a 2014 Volt this past August. Found out heat didn't work in electric mode. Brought it in for diagnostic / repair. Everyone was exceptionally Bought a 2014 Volt this past August. Found out heat didn't work in electric mode. Brought it in for diagnostic / repair. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. Once they determined what was wrong, they ordered parts and started the repair. Unfortunately for me, this process revealed another broken part, which they obtained quickly, to complete the repair. I was very thankful for the loaner vehicle they provided (saved the cost of a rental!). Heat now works in electric and ICE modes, just as it should! More

Battery checkup I received prompt service when I questioned the rating on my first checkup. With the large, one hour battery checkup of the battery everything checke I received prompt service when I questioned the rating on my first checkup. Replacing oil sensor after 6 months of purchase I had no issues with the service center, they kept us up to date and were helpful. I was not happy about paying over $300 to fix a part on a vehicle w I had no issues with the service center, they kept us up to date and were helpful. I was not happy about paying over $300 to fix a part on a vehicle we have only owned for 6 months. The service center said we could speak with the salesman bc they could discuss reimbursement for such a quick parts issue. But we've not heard back from the salesman since asking about some kind of assistance with this. More
