Very Helpful in dealing from Afar! Daughter is up at school here - her car broke down. I had it towed to Kirksville Toyota thinking the worst! They reacted promptly to my 8:00 am call. Daughter is up at school here - her car broke down. I had it towed to Kirksville Toyota thinking the worst! They reacted promptly to my 8:00 am call. Said they’d call me with a diagnosis, which they did. Solved MY problem very efficiently and my daughter drove her car off the lot at 4:30 the same afternoon. She says it’s running better than it has since she has been driving this Prius for the last 7 months! Thanks Jay and the other too (sorry). Real Help in an Emergency On Friday November 23, I discovered a nail in one tire. It was too near the side of the tire for a reliable repair job to hold. The guys in the service department managed to get a new set of Yokohama tires delivered to the shop by 4:00 p.m., just in time to install them on my car before closing. None of this was scheduled; they worked me in around an already busy schedule. I would have been driving around all weekend on the tiny "doughnut" that passes for a spare tire if they had not gone the extra mile for me as they did. More
