I was looking to buy a new RAV4 hybrid. The "ordering" process seemed to take longer than should be expected. I stopped in the office and met with Tonya. She offered an alternative process that might work for me. She was right and I had a new RAV4 hybrid in my hands in less than two months. As usual the trade-in process was significantly weighed to the dealership's advantage. I could have done better if I had chosen to sell it myself. Throughout the buying process, Tonya was true to her word, on schedule with her communications, and pleasant to work with. I cannot speak to the efficiency and competence of the service department at this time. I am appreciating the safety features and great mileage (45 mpg) of our new car. More

We were greeted right away and Tonya pulled the car we were interested in driving around quickly. She made sure we had seen the small dent in the door.
