I can't say enough of what a great job Tonya (and the Kirksville Motor Company team) did on my recent purchase of a used Dodge Ram truck, and how appreciative I am for the customer service and care exemp Kirksville Motor Company team) did on my recent purchase of a used Dodge Ram truck, and how appreciative I am for the customer service and care exemplified throughout the process. This transaction was a little different that your vanilla deal! A friend recently moved to the area (Plevna/Shelbyville), but had an inoperable car stuck in Dallas. Not only did we need to work through the deal remotely, we had to get him from Plevna to Kirksville with limited transportation. Tonya worked efficiently through the deal - paperwork, inspection, tags, payment - and then went above and beyond by offering to help get my friend from Plevna to Kirksville. That is customer service. I would whole heartedly recommend recommend Kirksville Motor Company and, specifically, Tonya. Again, a BIG thank you!!! More
