I was looking to buy a new RAV4 hybrid. The "ordering" process seemed to take longer than should be expected. I stopped in the office and met with Tonya. She offered an alternative process The "ordering" process seemed to take longer than should be expected. I stopped in the office and met with Tonya. She offered an alternative process that might work for me. She was right and I had a new RAV4 hybrid in my hands in less than two months. As usual the trade-in process was significantly weighed to the dealership's advantage. I could have done better if I had chosen to sell it myself. Throughout the buying process, Tonya was true to her word, on schedule with her communications, and pleasant to work with. I cannot speak to the efficiency and competence of the service department at this time. I am appreciating the safety features and great mileage (45 mpg) of our new car. More
