I enjoyed working with Tonya! She is kind, kept me informed, and was very helpful throughout the process. The exception was a male (assumed to be the young girl's manager on duty that day) was rude to her in front of everyone. This was not cool, made me uncomfortable, and angry for me and her. There were better ways to handle that situation if there was a legitimate reason why she needed to have someone else help us. More
