2014 Chevy Volt repair Bought a 2014 Volt this past August. Found out heat didn't work in electric mode. Brought it in for diagnostic / repair. Everyone was exceptionally Bought a 2014 Volt this past August. Found out heat didn't work in electric mode. Brought it in for diagnostic / repair. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. Once they determined what was wrong, they ordered parts and started the repair. Unfortunately for me, this process revealed another broken part, which they obtained quickly, to complete the repair. I was very thankful for the loaner vehicle they provided (saved the cost of a rental!). Heat now works in electric and ICE modes, just as it should! More

Warranty repairs I noticed decreased mileage and changing shift points while driving my 2018 Silverado. Brand new trucks shouldn’t have these issues. I asked about t I noticed decreased mileage and changing shift points while driving my 2018 Silverado. Brand new trucks shouldn’t have these issues. I asked about transmission issues in the service department and was told that the torque converter may be the issue. I appreciate that candor very much. I dropped my truck off Monday morning and was able to pick it up with all repairs completed on Tuesday morning. Given that I am leaving on a 2500 mile trip through mountains and will be pulling a trailer on Thursday I am very impressed that your service department diagnosed and repaired the problem so efficiently. This trip will be a big test...I hope I am just as impressed after. More
