Very Helpful in dealing from Afar! Daughter is up at school here - her car broke down. I had it towed to Kirksville Toyota thinking the worst! They reacted promptly to my 8:00 am call. Daughter is up at school here - her car broke down. I had it towed to Kirksville Toyota thinking the worst! They reacted promptly to my 8:00 am call. Said they’d call me with a diagnosis, which they did. Solved MY problem very efficiently and my daughter drove her car off the lot at 4:30 the same afternoon. She says it’s running better than it has since she has been driving this Prius for the last 7 months! Thanks Jay and the other too (sorry). Well handle in my book! 5 stars all the way around TjB More
