un safe car the car was pulling to the right. took it in and they said that it needed a 4 wheel alignment. cost to have it done. complain about it costing and sti the car was pulling to the right. took it in and they said that it needed a 4 wheel alignment. cost to have it done. complain about it costing and still pulling. got money back and checked out again. was told that car drives that way and I would have to deal with it. complain again, checked out again and put in a caber bolt. complain again and checked again. this time they told me they can do no more adjustment with out causing wear to the tire. it still pulls so I believe that they don't know how to fix or they just don't want to fix the car. I just can't believe that a car company would put customer in danger this way. so know I have to take the car to someone else and see if they can fix the problem. 2017 with 10984 miles. More

Made a trip to Kirksville with my ad in hand which says"you may be able to upgradeto a brand new 2016 or 2017 model without increasing your current payment. They could not even get within 200.00 of my payment. Spoke to Hector whose name is on the ad, he could figure anything out for me. I told him he might get beat up with this sort of fake advertising. Tried to talk to manager named Dan. Left 2 messages wouldn't return my call. Third time ask if he was in office lady said he was but she could only put me into voice mail. Long story short he went talk to me . We have purchases 2 trucks from them and this is how you treat return customers? Very disappointing, we started buying from them several years ago. This isn't how customers are to be treated. More
