Best buying experience ever! So I have bought many vehicles throughout the years and always hate the haggling and negotiating that occurs at the dealership. Normally the unpleasant experience starts the moment you get out of your car but NOT at Kirksville Motor Company and not with our sale representative Steve Lowry. Steve was calm and very well spoken. He listened to what I wanted and really heard what I had to say. He asked follow up questions to ensure he was showing me the vehicles that I wanted. Once I identified the unit I wanted to purchase I was expecting the haggling to begin but much to my surprise it didn't. They gave me a very fair offer for my trade and the price for the vehicle I wanted was already below the competitors prices. This was about as straight forward as it gets. No haggling, no struggle, no stress. Then came the dreaded finance. I figure since it had been a pleasant experience to this point it had to fall apart somewhere BUT it didn’t. Darius was wonderful and also straight forward. She even came to me in the front instead of me having to go to some back finance office. It was quick and painless. She was very informative and was not overbearing and did not apply any pressure on my decision for terms. She patiently gave me time to decide and really eliminated any stress that I thought was possibly to be expected. Overall I was SUPER impressed by the staff at Kirksville Motor Company and my experience was one for the books. If you are looking for a vehicle go see Steve Lowry and he will take care of you. He even texted me the following day to make sure I was still happy with my purchase and to make sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions! More
