The first time we stopped in at Kirksville Motor Company, it was a Friday just before 6pm, and we messed up, not realizing they closed at 6. Tonya Beaty helped us, told us about the Highlanders we were inter it was a Friday just before 6pm, and we messed up, not realizing they closed at 6. Tonya Beaty helped us, told us about the Highlanders we were interested in, and told us don't worry about the time, not a problem. She told us to go ahead and test drive one. We also test drove a Chevy (Traverse?). She was great, and knew a lot about all the different pros and cons of the mid-size SUVs. After visiting a few other dealerships, we came back to Kirksville. I liked the Highlander, and my husband and I both liked working with Tonya. She was very knowledgeable, and if there was something she didn't know, she called the service dept, etc to quickly get answers for us. She showed us how all the bells and whistles worked, and was just a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Tonya and the Kirksville Motor Company. Thanks Tonya! More
