I feel like I got a fair trade in offer for my old vehicle and a fair purchase price on my new vehicle. Jim Brown was friendly, helpful, and not overbearing. I enjoyed visiting with him. I feel very fortunate to have been able to by a new Toyota from Kirksville Motors last month with the new car shortage going on. Nathaniel Wheeler is very knowledgeable about cars in general as well a Toyota from Kirksville Motors last month with the new car shortage going on. Nathaniel Wheeler is very knowledgeable about cars in general as well as individual models. I complimented him on that. He said it was because the dealership gave great training. But, I also think he must be a very good student for details. He did a great job answering my questions and anticipating ones I should have asked. He is a young man but performs like an old hand at dealing well with customers. The 2021 Platinum Highlander I bought has some electronic extras that were pretty complicated for a senior like me. He sat in the car with me for 40 minutes or so explaining each item that I did not have on my 2011 Highlander. He answered all my questions very patiently and was willing to keep it up longer if I needed for him to do so. He also asked me to come back anytime if I found anything else to be explained about the car. I strongly recommend Nate as a salesman. I thought the world of Don Hudson who sold many cars to me and my family over the years at the dealer site, but he is no longer with us. No one could replace Don, but I feel fortunate to find Nate as my new car salesman. Ritchie the Sales Manager was also great. More
