Got hooked up via cargurus. As I was 1.5 hours away, I needed to do some due diligence before going out there. The salesperson (Kaden Anderson) answered my inquiry immediately. As I was 1.5 hours away, I needed to do some due diligence before going out there. The salesperson (Kaden Anderson) answered my inquiry immediately. He took additional pictures and explained as much as possible before my visit. When I arrived, he had the car ready for a test drive. Treated us with great respect and while it was late, he did not rush us. We closed the deal that evening, and everyone was kind and stayed after hours to finalize the deal. We found a few things we wanted to be fixed and they agreed with no questions. They really stand by the 7-day return and 30-day credit policy. Best experience I have EVER had with a car dealership. Dealt with Kaden and he was very personable and great to deal with.. everyone at the dealership was very accommodating..had an issue with the vehicle, but wasn't the fault of the dealer.. they made things r deal with.. everyone at the dealership was very accommodating..had an issue with the vehicle, but wasn't the fault of the dealer.. they made things right and fixed the problem.. would definitely shop for a vehicle at Kirksville Motors again...
