We knew what we wanted. The vehicle was for my folks so we wanted to buy from our local dealer no matter what. Gabe answered the phone that day and helped us find a RAV4 tha The vehicle was for my folks so we wanted to buy from our local dealer no matter what. Gabe answered the phone that day and helped us find a RAV4 that checked all our boxes. After we picked one out we were given a price and that was the end of the price negotiations and we were never asked for a penny more. We had to wait for our vehicle be cause it was in the build/delivery process and being sent to another dealer. I communicated with Gabe via text message and he responded to all our question in a timely manor and they the went after our vehicle within hours after it arrived at the other dealer. The delivery process was very smooth and easy. Mr Yos did his job of trying to sell us add ons and warranties with hardly any pressure what so ever which was very nice and unexpected. It seemed like we were in and out in just a few minutes. Like nothing I had never experienced or expected and not one bit of remorse since. Thank you Gabe and KMC. More
