Easiest dealer experience I have ever had. Negotiated deal via text/phone. They were not high pressure and made the whole experience smooth. I bought a pre owned Jaguar XJL from Gabe and worked with Tyson on the business side. FYI (Their electronic paperwork is very easy to complete for someone who can't make it in to the dealership to make a dea Tyson on the business side. I worked with three people on this deal and never felt like the ball was dropped. In order to be efficient in business, you need to be organized and trust that your people will take care of the customer. Dan Anderson (Owner) and the staff get that. They worked as a team and that is key! Here is my story: I knew nothing about the dealership except it was almost three hours from me and they were not a Jaguar dealership. Not a big deal to me since this was a pre owned car, that they stood behind, and I was willing to make the drive. I got the car home and immediately had an issue with the upper and lower coolant outlet pipes. With their seven day return policy, I was planning on shipping the car back and buy another car. Before I could tell them I was going to return it, Kaine stepped up and said they would be down the next day to pick it up, fix it, and bring it back. Sure enough, they came down and picked it up.The gentleman who came to the house was extremely nice and my wife was very happy with his demeanor. I was out of town when the car was brought back to my house and when I took it out today, everything is perfect. I have told my story to friends and colleagues and no one can believe a dealership would do what they did for a used car. I highly recommend using this dealership. I am so pleased with them that I wish I could service all my cars at their dealership. It's just a little too far for an oil change. LOL Thank you Kirksville Motor Company for a great car buying experience. I'll Be Back! More
