Dale took time to show us several different options, answer all our questions, test drive everything we wanted and ultimately facilitated a smooth sale. I’d easily rank it as the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Working with Dale was great - but so was working with Adam in finance. Dale was so helpful and informative. The car wasn’t ready for the lot yet, it was being detailed and inspected still. It took about a week for it to be ready to purchase and he kept us apprised of its status and called us as soon as it was ready. We drove the hour to Kirby and purchased the car and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Dale took an incredible amount of time to explain all the electronics on our Forester Touring. We transitioned from a stone age 2000 Outback to a modern electronic wonder and were a little shell shocked! We’re now loyal Dale Hicks and Kirby Subaru customers! More
