Excellent Customer Service I had searched Autotrader and Cars.com for a while looking for the perfect BMW convertible with the specifications I desired. After searching I narrow I had searched Autotrader and Cars.com for a while looking for the perfect BMW convertible with the specifications I desired. After searching I narrowed my search down to two dealerships, Kingstowne being one of them. I am extremely pleased that I chose Kingstowne as they had the same exact BMW as the other dealer, down to the color and a couple of thousand miles difference. Kingstowne's price could not have been beat by the other dealer. At Kingstowne I dealt with Billy and Ali, both of whom treated me just like when I stay at a Ritz-Carlton, extreme customer satisfaction is their priority. After test driving the car and having BMW of Fairfax give me a clean bill of health, I opted to purchase the vehicle. The process with Diana in the finance department was very easy and smooth. Fast forward a few weeks and I can say without a doubt that Kingstowne has clinched a niche in an industry plagued with bad experiences. As a person with three MBA's, I can confidently say that everything they do could be used as examples for other businesses to follow. My wife will be needing a new car soon and there is no web site or dealer that I will check other than Kingstowne. Billy assured me that he would be able to acquire any vehicle my wife wishes to have so long as I reach out to him. If you want honesty from a sales person and customer service experience that parallels the Ritz-Carlton along with vehicles that are exceptional in every sense, then Kingstowne is the place to visit. Amazing car buying experience!! I researched the vehicle my wife wanted on Cargurus.com and came across a vehicle at at Kingstowne Motorcars. I requested more information and received a call shortly after from Sam from Kingstowne Motorcars, which was very informational. My wife and I visited the dealership the next day, which was a Sunday. Sam met us in the parking lot and allowed us to inspect the vehicle and test drive. I must say, Sam was never selling us on the vehicle. He wasn't the typical "Used Car Salesman". He never pushed us into a sale or tried to convince us to buy the vehicle. He answered questions and gave my wife and I time to talk and discuss what we would like to do. When we decided to purchase the car, without financing, Sam worked with us to make the transaction fit our timeline and circumstances. Sam went above and beyond the norm, to make sure we were satisfied. Whatever promised, was delivered by he and the staff at Kingstowne Motorcars. He was very responsive to our emails in a timely manner. My wife is very happy with the vehicle and it was worth the, almost, 2 hour drive. Purchase of Used BMW I had the pleasure of meeting with Sam a few days ago. I unfortunately arrived late, and he stayed after closing (6:30pm) to accommodate my request I had the pleasure of meeting with Sam a few days ago. I unfortunately arrived late, and he stayed after closing (6:30pm) to accommodate my request to preview a BMW X5. It was a dark and snowy evening, and I am sure that Sam much rather be at home with his family, but he patiently accommodated me. Over the next few days I sent him numerous emails with my questions and concerns which was replied to in a timely manner. Today, March 12, 2019, I finally made it back to test drive another X5, and ultimately bought this SUV. Sam took car of all of the details in a professional and caring manner. This has been true throughout my dealings with Sam. In addition, Diane and the rest of the "crew" there, and I met 4-5 of them, were very nice and helpful and I felt their genuine care and interest in doing their best for me. I found a very nice BMW 750i at Kingstowne Motorcars one evening in January and upon reviewing the autos listed by them on their website found the auto might possibly meet my needs. I returned a few days later to Kingstowne and met Sam Waheed, a very personable and knowledgeable sales person. After discussing the auto with Sam I took the auto on a test drive. It drove and responded perfectly, and I next took the vehicle to my certified BMW mechanic for a checkout. He found the vehicle to be in top shape, and with that I returned to Kingstowne to purchase the car. The price was a little over other 750i vehicles in this area, but due to the low mileage and perfect condition, clean Carfax and only one owner, I felt the vehicle was worth the small additional cost. I purchased the vehicle and am very satisfied with the ride, performance, and features. Kingstowne took care of my registration and tags, and continue to be responsive to my emails and visits. I highly recommend this dealership, my buying experience there was top notch. They also let me know they perform repairs and maintenance, and I will check them out when that is needed. All of the staff at Kingstowne are polite and personable, and happy to assist. My son will be needing a vehicle later this year and I intend to return to Kingstowne for his vehicle.
