I was in the market for another car, a BMW. I live in MD and searched all surrounding states for a certain model. None of the BMW dealerships had what I was looking for. We spoke to Bill who informed us the car was still on the lot. We drove more than an hour and passed many BMW and other dealerships to get to Kingstowne. They were friendly and made us feel welcomed. They gave us the keys and told us to take it for a test drive. Sam was able to secure my financing at 6pm on a Saturday night. I usually have my finance in place prior to buying, but Sam came through. He was able to secure an excellent rate on my BMW, just a few points over my credit union interest rate. The car was clean and in excellent condition. I had one minor problem after the purchase with a rim being bent, but I must say Sam and the team took great care of me. They stood behind their sale and replaced my tires and rims!!! The actually looks better. They continue to be available when a question arises. Service after the sale is key! I would highly recommmend Kingstowne to anyone looking for a great quality car at a fair price. It is worth the drive. Thank you More

My personal experience with Kingstowne was subpar at best. I had been in the market for a Volvo C30 for some time. I was specifically looking for a used model, 2008-2010. Kingstowne had a vehicle on the best. I had been in the market for a Volvo C30 for some time. I was specifically looking for a used model, 2008-2010. Kingstowne had a vehicle on their site which seemed to match my requirements. Before contacting the company, I did some market research, located comparable vehicles, pulled NADA values, and pulled a CarFax on the car. The CarFax did indicate there was a history of accidents on the vehicle, but this did not initially deter me. I called Kingstowne to see when I could come look at the vehicle. During the call I mentioned I did think it was slightly high in price considering the CarFax and other models I'd located priced below their car. I was essentially laughed at and mocked for suggesting the vehicle was overpriced. The rep stated if I was "so good at research, I should come down and show him how to research." The snark was not appreciated. After the phone call I was so irritated by the reps attitude I emailed him a complete list of vehicles with the same amount of miles, from the same year, priced lower, I also noted that the only reason I was looking at that specific car was because of some interior features I preferred over the ones I sent him. I received several haphazard replies from their sales team, none of which rectified the situation. After a week of looking elsewhere, my boyfriend convinced me to drive the 1.5 hrs down to Kingstown because that car did have the seats we wanted. I begrudgingly agreed to do so. The dealership is located inside of an industrial park. It does not have a legitimate lot or show room. The vehicles are just parked at random, and there is no sales information on the vehicles. The sales staff seemed disinterested with us as visitors. We looked at the C30. The seats appeared like they had sediment in them as a result of being under water (this is not a confirmed fact, just a personal observation). The vehicle itself ran rough, and had several paint chips. After test driving in we briefly discussed the issues we identified with the car with the sales person. He stated they wouldn't drop the price at all because as it stood they were only looking at a $60 profit on the car. I don't really have anything good to say about the place. It was a miserable experience over all. We ended up buying a C30 two days later from a wonderful dealer in Pennsylvania (Blue Knob Auto). It was worth every minute of the extra drive to use them and not this excuse for a sad excuse for dealership. More

They mailed the title to us on time just as they promised. The vehicle is running great and my husband is thrilled that he made the choice to buy from this lot. If we ever need another vehicle, we will definitely look online again at this dealership and let them be our first choice! More

The day I went to pick up the vehicle, the vehicle was not ready for me to take home so the sales representative arranged to have the vehicle delivered to me the next day. The next day, the vehicle was still was not ready (I had already signed the paperwork and received the keys – unbelievable). By then, I started looking for other vehicles. This is when I located KingsTowne MotorCars. When I saw the Mercedes online (which I was not even thinking of getting), I could not believe the price and miles for the year of the vehicle. I called and spoke to Sam. Sam was very polite and courteous from the beginning to the end. I know I asked tons of questions, he never once got impatient (if he did, it did not show). There were a couple of cosmetic things on the vehicle I wanted fixed. I spoke with Sam about these things; he was more than willing to do these things for me. As a matter of fact, the things were done in two business days and I was informed the vehicle was ready to be picked up on the 3rd day. Sam has even agreed to fix another minor issue when I have more time to drop the vehicle off for a couple of hours. He has even agreed to give me a loaner to do other things, while the repair is being done. Sam and Bill are awesome! I hear so many awful stories about independent dealerships, but that was not the case with KingsTowne MotorCars. Even though, I only worked with Sam and Bill, the other staff was very courteous as well. I love my vehicle and have received so many compliments already!! What I really liked about Sam and Bill is how straight-forward and honest they were with me. I did not even have to ask for the CarFax report when I first visited their store, the CarFax report was put in my hand automatically. They really stand behind the quality and maintenance of their vehicles. I have a family member who will be looking for a vehicle soon, I will be recommending KingsTowne Motors. In the end, I am very fortunate the vehicle I originally started to get was not ready for me to take home. My next car purchase, will be from KingsTowne MotorCars. Thanks Again – Sam and Bill!! More

Everything Sam described jibed with the Carfax. My overall experience in this purchase is favorable. Sam honestly described the vehicle, patiently worked through the "back and forth" (though he was not really sure I was a sincere buyer), and promptly supplied all documentation requested by the bank. I made this purchase without the normal standard car-buying process. No test drive, viewing, inspection, etc. The car was shipped across country and is cleaner than any of the photos ever conveyed. My wife is ecstatic and, with that, so am I. More

This car, unlike the other dealerships and websites that I visited, had EVERYTHING that I wanted...(mileage, technology package, one owner etc.) and I had to do everything necessary to get this car. Needless to say, I did get it. I got a 2009 Acura TL and I got an AWESOME price too! Sam Khan was a wonderful salesman. What a great experience! I was in a pinch and needed to find a great deal on a car in my budget. They were kind enough to DROP it off at the subaru dealership around the corner on my request since I was out of state. When I came down to give it a test drive the next day, everything was ready to go and it took less than an hour from the time I got there till I had the keys and was out of the door. They handled the out-of-state paperwork and taxes fantastically as well, as I received my refund check less than 2 weeks later! Five stars! Don't hesitate to do business with them! More
