Sam and Bill were both helpful. I bought a Scion tC for my son and when we took the vehicle for a test drive, we noticed a rattling noise from the rear of the car. We determined it to be the spoiler. As promised, Bill called me the next morning and told me that the noise was fixed. My son and I went back to drive it again and the noise was gone. The vehicle had low mileage in comparison with other tC's we had looked at for a very reasonable price. I contacted Kingstowne Motor Cars to purchase a used vehicle. I saw a luxury Lexus LS 600 HL Hybrid online. I drove down after work during rush hour to see the vehicle and maybe a test drive. I started my journey during the height rush hour. Before long I realized I would not make it to the dealership before closing. I gave a courtesy call and much to my surprise I spoke with Sean who gave me directions from the interstate to the dealership. He also informed me that he would wait for me even after closing considering I was traveling from at least over an hour away and in the heart of rush hour. When I finally arrived, it was well after closing hours I was still allowed a test drive of the vehicle. I was very impressed! And the vehicle was in excellent condition. It looked better than the photos and the description online had described. The vehicle had one flaw, and that was the amplifier needed to be replaced. I was informed that the part had already been ordered. I was so pleased that Kingstowne Motors kept me informed step by step during the entire process while I was waiting on the part to be shipped in. During this time I asked if I could take the vehicle to a certified Lexus Dealership to have the vehicle checked out for maintenance or repairs if any were needed. Sean informed me that it would not be a problem. If fact, he assured me that there would be no problems with the vehicle. He was absolutely correct! And they even compensated me by ordering a second key for the vehicle during this time of anticipation awaiting the delivery of my new vehicle purchase. And much to my surprise, another key was in the glove compartment. Now, I have 3 keys!! I am so happy with the service and the professionalism of this small family owned business. I truly look forward to doing business with this dealer again and highly recommend them to any who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

However, the car looked just like the pictures as did the other luxury cars there. We looked it over and took it for a test drive. Overall experience at Kingstowne Motorcars was very good. I visited on a rainy Saturday and they had the car inside for me to take a look at. Once I had looked the car over and decided to go for a test drive they allowed me to take the car out for as long as I wanted and even suggested routes to take to try the handling and performance of the car. There was not any pressure or sales gimmicks to buying here and they allowed me to proceed with the purchase at my own pace. I decided to purchase the car and Sam completed the paperwork and financing went very quickly. Sam even took the time to go over and explain the various parts of the documents I was signing. Rosie who does the title and tag work was very efficient, I was surprised how fast my tags came, in less than two weeks. I am very pleased with my purchase at Kingstowne Motorcars and would highly recommend them. My only suggestion for improvement would to be open on Sunday and be closed on a weekday, perhaps Monday. THEY ADVERTISED ONE WITH LOW MILEAGE,LEXUS DEALER MAINTAINED WITH AN ASKING PRICE THAT WAS BELOW ANY OF THE OTHERS I HAD LOOKED AT. I VISITED THEIR LOT AND MET BOTH SAM AND BILL AND AFTER INSPECTING THE CAR WENT FOR A TEST DRIVE. I REALLY LIKED THE CAR AND I APPRECIATED THAT THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO SALES PRESSURE. THEY LET THE CAR SELL ITSELF. WHEN I DECIDED TO PURCHASE THEY ARRANGED FINANCING THAT WAS BETTER THAN I EXPECTED FOR A 10 YEAR OLD CAR. I HAVE HAD THE CAR SEVERAL WEEKS NOW AND AM MORE THAN PLEASED.
