Purchasing a vehicle from Kingstowne was an overall great experience and continues as I am driving a great vehicle i obtained at a great price. I had been looking at Lexus RX Hybrids for some time and when experience and continues as I am driving a great vehicle i obtained at a great price. I had been looking at Lexus RX Hybrids for some time and when a black/black on came up on a search at a good price I knew I needed to check it out. Kingstowne was open to getting a pre-purchase inspection done and even drove the vehicle to Pohanka Lexus for me. The service manager called me and told me it was in excellent shape and good enough that had they been selling it they would have certified it. When I told him the price he said "buy it" and that they would be charging 6-7K more for it. The paperwork was handled efficiently, phone was answered any time I called and throughout the entire process they showed the urgency I like to see when doing business. Next time I need a vehicle I plan to start by calling Kingstowne MotorCars and seeing if they can help me get what I need. More
