During the entire time of the transaction, I felt comfortable and at ease knowing that I was being treated absolutely fairly. They were great with communicating my choices for the car I wanted within the amount I wanted to spend. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I left there actually knowing more about the BMW that I wanted than I had originally came with--and trust me I did a lot of research on it. The selection at Kingstowne Motorcars was amazing. They had great cars and the prices were very reasonable. After I purchased my car, a few more questions came to mind, and they were very responsive to my inquiries. They treated me the same way as when I came into the dealership to purchase the car and took more time to take care of me. I had been looking for a pre-owned Chevy Avalanche to use for my business for a while, and found one listed by Kingstowne. I had attempted to purchase two other Avalanches from other dealers and was unsucces for my business for a while, and found one listed by Kingstowne. I had attempted to purchase two other Avalanches from other dealers and was unsuccessful, so I was happy to have found one that I liked better than the others I had seen, I was skeptical of course, because there are so many small used car dealers in the Manassas area. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and professionalism of the folks at KTM. They were up front with several of the things that did not work properly on the truck and I appreciated their honesty. Once of which they deducted some money off the price of the vehicle because they were not initially aware of it. They were upfront as well on their pricing being non-negotiable as it is listed several thousand below what KBB and Truecar listed as a fair price. Vehicle was very well detailed with new tires - all in all a great experience! I'll definately recommend KTM to anyone who asks and will check back with them in the future when I'm looking for a new vehicle! More

I was recommended to visit by my work in Reston and upon multiple searches for the type of vehicle I planned to purchase, I stopped by there to see the vehicle they advertised on the internet. I fully expected to be able to walk away and no worries. I was very surprised to find the vehicle advertised, Was quickly approached and given the keys for a test drive prior to anything (I very much enjoyed that aspect). The vehicle performed as expected and I began the purchase process. I had a 2006 truck that I was planning on trading in as well, and was surprised again at the fair value, after researching the high and low end value, they met me in the middle. Negotiating was very professional and all of my concerns were met. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions and I left that afternoon with the vehicle I decided upon. I would recommend this dealership to anyone seriously looking for a quality vehicle. They stated first off, if we do not have the vehicle you are interested in, give us what you are looking for and allow us to find it for you. That is a company that I will deal with. It is family run and they know what they are doing. The customer is top priority and I left there a very satisfied customer. More

My experience with buying a used car has not always been a pleasant one until I found KINGSTOWNE MOTORCARS. I found my exact match at a well below market price so I decided to give them a call. Initially I spoke with Sean who explained in detail the condition of the car over the phone. I had some technical difficulties placing a deposit but Sean was patient with me even though he was getting offers on the vehicle during the process! They felt it would be unfair to sell the vehicle to someone else when I genuinely attempted to place my deposit. After the eight hour drive, I arrived to Manassas and met Sam, the sales manager. I took all the time required to fully inspect the vehicle and when I asked for a ten minute test drive, I was told to take all the time I need. The vehicle was in the exact condition they mentioned (which is excellent). When I asked Sam if any inspection has been done, he provided me with all the receipts and records! New brakes, fresh synthetic oil change and inspection from a certified service center. This shows that their vehicles go through a detailed inspection before being offered for sale. In terms of customer service they were always straightforward, honest and never pushy. He even stayed after office hours to finish the transaction and took his time in recommending restaurants in the area! I put the BMW to the ultimate test of driving it back 600 miles in extreme weather conditions. The vehicles was great! no mechanical/electrical issues whatsoever. I could not have been happier with my BMW. I would recommend these guys with no hesitation to anyone in the market for a quality used car. I have done my research and have had my experiences with buying used cars over the years. This rates at the top of them all. I would drive eight hours again. More

We were please with the car buying experience (I hate buying cars) that Sam provided. Sam was straight forward in every respect. At no time did I feel hustled. Sam dealt with all of my questions. After identifying the vehicle, I retrieved the maintenance history from the Lexus dealer that had serviced the car and spoke with the service manager at that dealer. I independently confirmed virtually everything Kingstowne had represented about the car. I was able to get additional information they might not have had. We were very pleased with the experience dealing with Kingstowne. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. More
