Luckily when I began my phone calls, Ali, one of the owners picked up on a Sunday. The previous dealerships that had a model I was interested in were all closed on Sundays, so going to Kingstowne made my life much easier! Here is why I'm super amped on this dealership. When I was about to leave the parking lot AFTER purchasing the car, my airbag light went off. Juan did some diagnostics and said, don't worry, we will take care of everything. The next day, Juan personally came to my office, picked up my Range Rover, and left me with another RR and took mine to the dealership since it was still under warranty. When the issue was fixed (just a seat belt that needed added tension), Juan came back to my office and dropped off my vehicle and took the loaner back to Kingstowne. Bottom line is, the took care of me even after they got the sale. As soon as my wife's car's lease is finished, we KNOW we will be coming here. The sales process was not an agonizing and confusing one (as car sales can often be) because Billy, the sales manager, approached the process with honesty and transparency, trying to earn the business. We were going to take a look at a car we saw online at Kingstowne but wound up making a purchase on the spot. As I type this in hindsight, I don't mind saying that because we felt comfortable having a mature discussion about all the factors we needed to make in the purchase: Was the vehicle fairly priced? Would we do better elsewhere? What are the features of the car that matter to my wife? The whole staff was exceptionally helpful and educational and the showroom itself comfortable. Any question we had was addressed professionally. Everything about the car and experience was top notch. I'm very polite, but firm in these discussions and I felt comfortable. Would be happy to do business with them again when I want to upgrade my own car. More
