Sam give me what I wanted, with out asking.... Any questions I had about the car he made it his business to find out for me. Also their in-house financial office has one of the lowest interest rates. I had a check from Navy Federal but the interest rate was higher so I went with theirs!!!! They didn't give me a 100 page book to fill out, nor did I feel like I was signing my life away. They had the vehicle. I contacted Sam at the dealership and he quickly responded letting me know the car was available. We discussed the car on the phone, talked through the details of the car as well as how I'd be purchasing if I decided to move forward. Since I was not going to be able to see the car before purchasing it, naturally I had some concerns. I expressed those concerns with Sam. My major concern was with cigarette smoke. I was worried about getting a vehicle shipped across the country, then sitting it in and it smelling like smoke. Sam assured me the car did not smell like smoke and even took another salesperson with him to verify. Well, I still didn't trust him, because I'd never met him and never talked with him prior to that. So, Sam could sense I was still concerned and he suggested that I have the car inspected prior to buying. I was impressed with the fact that Sam suggested it as I had never thought of that and it helped me to trust Sam a little more. He offered a local place to inspect it, but I wanted a true third party, so I hired a vehicle inspection service and scheduled an apt for them to come to the dealership and inspect the car. In the meantime, I asked Sam to text me some videos of the car. He had one of his salespeople walk around the car taking video and describing any damage he noticed on the car. He hit the outside as well as the inside, started the car, showed me the dash, etc. He sent me the video via text and I had something other than pictures to look at. The next day the inspector showed up and Sam accommodated him with respect to the inspection. Overall the inspection was positive with only one issue (missing spare and Jack). Sam replaced the missing spare and jack. As a result of the inspection and my dealings with Sam, I went forward with the purchase. As part of the purchase, we negotiated shipping. Sam handled finding a shipper and having the car shipped to me. The car was shipped right to my door. The only negative part of the shipping was that the car arrived extremely dirty, so I couldn't really inspect the exterior very well prior to washing it. I signed off anyway based on my experience to this point. I immediately washed the car and did not notice any damage. So, in the end, this was an extremely positive experience for me and I would buy remotely from KTM again. More

Great experience This was my first time buying from a dealer and I can definitely say I'm impressed. From the first contact of me showing interest in the car online to today it's been so relaxing. I worked with Vasile , who has been amazing, he is very laid back and professional at the same time. Vasile gave me such good guidance that I was totally prepared when I made it to the dealership, Aux cord and all lol. He rearranged his own schedule to accommodate me during the buying process. When I came into the dealership first impression was.... niccceeeee! Even the parking lot was clean. I was greeted by Ali who also gave off a relaxed vibe. During the process the car had to be washed which is very normal due to weather. When Ali heard the car needed to be washed he actually took the car to get it done! That was impressive because it shows the team work and appreciation on each level of employment there. The higher ups are not above getting the job done and working shoulder to shoulder with their employees. I live in Maryland and my car passed the inspection and is doing great so far. Needless to say, I walked away with the exact car that I wanted and felt so calm no where near nervous. More
