From the moment I pulled into the lot I felt good about the dealership from the moment I pulled into the lot. This is not your typical used car dealership. The cars on the lot show the time and selective process they put into their cars. I bought a used Mini Clubman. Looked at comps in the area and this one was by far the most clean to the point it was pristine and at a fair and comparable price point. Step inside of the dealership and it was very clean. You can tell they take pride in this business. The sales folks are very friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and do not pressure you in any way. They work efficiently and had me in and out of the door very quickly. I worked primarily with Billy. He is very responsive via, text, email and phone. I can say the same for Sam who would respond to me quickly when Billy was working with another client. I would definitely recommend Kingstowne Motorcars and when it is time for me to look for another car, I will definitely look to buy from them again. More

Great experience I found my 2016 audi s5 on autotrader and began corresponding with Sam via email regarding details and transitioned into negotiations. I’ve never had such a smooth experience face to face with a dealer much less through email. San was great to deal with as he answered any question I may have ranging from condition of vehicle to registering from out of state. We managed to come to terms on the vehicle and my trade in before we ever physically spoke. The day I made the 4 hour drive to the dealership San was waiting for my arrival and promptly handed me the keys to the car for a test drive and took my trade back for inspection... there was no nickel and dime with the trade value and I was out the door with my S5 1.5 hours after I pulled in.
