Not the way to treat a.customer that purchased a car from the dealer. Love the CC but not the service department at Kings. Lacking integrity and ethics. Initial call to discuss treated as I was an idiot regarding tires and maintenance. Newsflash, not everyone that purchases cars lacks the knowledge of car maintenance and pricing. I did a great deal of research prior to coming to t My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Mike Wilson on leasing two new cars at the same time. I did a great deal of research prior to coming to the dealer on leases and Mike did a great job at explaining all of the different numbers that made up each lease (I had a calculator and scratch pad full of numbers!). After making the deal, we moved to the finance department where Erick Henize explained every part of the lease very clearly so we knew exactly how the payments would be structured. Also, with all of the paperwork and different items to review and discuss, Erick made the finance process as quick and painless as possible (THANK YOU!). More
