I have owned Volkswagons all my life but after my experience with this service department will be moving on. When you buy a VW you know going into it that service will be expensive. However, being experience with this service department will be moving on. When you buy a VW you know going into it that service will be expensive. However, being forced to deal with unprofessional, and dishonest service reps was not supposed to be part of the deal. I haven't used other VW dealerships to compare to so maybe just a bad egg? More
