He was able to obtain the car I wanted, and honored the other dealers initial offer. Sales crew there is top notch, building is clean and bright, and service department is well kept up. I had a late day pickup which was not a problem for them. No more than a half hour to complete all the paperwork and I was on my way. More

Top Notch Experience I have a 2018 Tiguan that had a small body leak. The leak was causing water to gather on the drivers side floorboard. I contacted Kings VW. They im I have a 2018 Tiguan that had a small body leak. The leak was causing water to gather on the drivers side floorboard. I contacted Kings VW. They immediately took the car in and gave me a loaner to drive. Wayne in service took care of the process from start to finish. Most dealers would have fixed the leak but Kings VW went above and beyond. They replaced the pad and carpet. I have had my car in previously for service and whether it is Wayne or Scott they are always friendly and eager to help. There are many choices in the market but overall my experience with KVW has been great. I would consider the service to be top shelf.white glove. Thank you. Brian H. More

Wayne was wonderful—while my tires and size me air filters were in the ‘yellow’ zone, he did not try to make me replace right then. He assured me I had few months on each, allowing me time to budget for the needed replacements. Both Wayne and Scott have always been super to me! Highly recommend! More
Everything wrong with a car dealership I rarely ever leave reviews. This is worth the exception. I live a good 40 minutes from the dealership and had a good price with the much closer W I rarely ever leave reviews. This is worth the exception. I live a good 40 minutes from the dealership and had a good price with the much closer White Allen VW. But I made the mistake of calling around to see if another dealer could better that price. Cold-called into Kings VW and the lady who answered the phone connected me with a salesperson I shall leave nameless. I explained my situation. The best I could get from the salesperson was a "my sales manager says maybe" we can get a "hundred or two" more off the price. "I'd say that's worth a drive." No, it's not. A "possible" doesn't make it anywhere near worth my time to drive out of my way. But I politely just said we'll think about it and maybe you'll see us, thanks for your time and ended the call. Now with most, a "think about it" response would have been enough to know that you won't be seeing or hearing from that person again. Not in this case. In the week since I made the mistake of calling, we've had almost daily telephone calls including this morning at 8:35 am. Thanks to caller ID, I can screen the number and just not answer. Now, it's a game. Just how long will Kings VW continue to call? But talk about waste of time. Logic would suggest that a few days, let alone a week of un-answered, un-returned phone calls is a definite sorry not interested. To me, this is the type of dealer that most buyers long ago rejected. It does nothing to (using the empty car dealer cliche) "earn my business." It only make me regret calling into the dealership in the first place. And, obviously, I bought elsewhere this past weekend. More

With the exception of one minor complaint related to a service appointment, I have been consistently pleased with my experiences and interaction with the team. Many dealers will steer you away from ordering a new vehicle directly from the factory (it takes a little more work) but the team at Kings were happy to help me out after we could not find a car to match my needs. 12 weeks later I had the car I wanted, with the options I wanted, fresh off the boat from Germany. While I don't run my cars into the ground, I do keep them a very long time. The service department has always been transparent and kept me up to date on when it might be time to start looking for something new. More
