Used car broke down after 7 days!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! I have not been talked to or treated the way the sales manager spoke to me today! I work in customer service this guy was an a$$ DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! I have not been talked to or treated the way the sales manager spoke to me today! I work in customer service this guy was an a$$! I bought a car 7 days ago the engine light went on today $1000 to fix and he tells me “what you want us to fix your car, not my problem mama the car was fine when you bought it.” And I have the warranty and live 30 mins away he told me they would look at it for $130 but it was my car and my dime to pay for. Never would I have bought a car for my 16 year old here had I known they treated people like this. I should have known when I asked the salesman to show us the features of the car and he said he wasn’t sure would have to UTube them. Really the Bluetooth still doesn’t work. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
Kings Toyota Treats You Like Royalty I realize people have different experiences with vendors, but Kings has always been 95%+ w/me. I LOVED my salesperson - knowledgeable, professional, & I realize people have different experiences with vendors, but Kings has always been 95%+ w/me. I LOVED my salesperson - knowledgeable, professional, & personable (purchased car 5 yrs ago). The service is easy to schedule - always timely and thorough. The last service had a free rental special, and since it was supposed to be a few hrs, I took advantage of getting some shopping done - they were done over an hr sooner than expected. But, I enjoy their service lounge area - ALWAYS clean. Yesterday went in to check tire pressure and one serviceman filled them. While waiting, I asked another about a fuse issue re my charger: he told me about a 2nd one in the console storage I never knew I had; showed me where the fuse was located; showed me where to find the tool to facilitate removal of old/insertion new fuse. While hood was up, another guy noticed my window washer fluid was low, and topped it. All this service, and NO CHARGE! And, most impressive ... was done with a friendly, great attitude. Kings truly treats me like royalty, and I plan to continue going to Kings as long as I live in this area. (I wish I had gotten the names of the 3 gentlemen that assisted me - Kings should be aware those little acts of kindness reaps huge rewards in loyal customers and positive references.) More

I was told there would be a complimentary car...there was NOT. They offered to price match a competitor and 2 hours later told me they were still waiting for a fax ( a fax?! Hello 80s ). I requested my free oil change....they removed the existing oil but got busy and forgot to put new oil in! These people are overpriced, over arrogant and completely incompetent. More

I received a fair price for my trade in and a great price on the new RAV4. When my 2001 Lexus finally quits running I will be back at Kings looking for yet another great deal on a new SUV! More

Need to be more honest about what is really necessary I had my oil changed last Friday (12/28/2018) at 4:00 PM EST. They came back with a sheet saying my car needed the Coolant & Brake fluid flushed and changed along with cleaning the Fuel System. The Coolant and Brake systems do not need changed until about 100K miles and the Fuel system does not need cleaned at all but if you want, use sea foam every few months. They quoted me a total price of $430 for things I do not need. Before you let a dealership rip you off, get a second opinion from a locally owned shop that you know and trust. They also said I needed new rear rotors but as usual I will get a second opinion. The shop that I normally work with quoted me a price of $275 for a complete rotor and brake pad job. King's Toyota quoted me a total price of $334.13 or about $60 dollars more for the same job. The service I received was good and I brought my own oil filter but I can't say for sure that it was the one they put into my car. That will be determined when I take it to another shop when the oil is changed again. Hope this has been informative!! More
Beyond the call of duty Yesterday I learned the importance of an alternator belt. On our way to test drive a Toyota Camry at Kings auto Mart in Cincinnati the alternator belt Yesterday I learned the importance of an alternator belt. On our way to test drive a Toyota Camry at Kings auto Mart in Cincinnati the alternator belt broke. Our sales person Ian Tabor drove 6 miles to pick us up,. Not surprisingly we bought the Toyota Camry he picked out for us. Not only did they tow pir vehicle, give us a decent trade-in, but he also went back to pick up our plates so that we could put them on the new car, and avoid additional costs with the BMV. Everyone worked to make a difficult day pleasant for us. Thank you Ian. More

Our sales person did not respond to emails or phone calls. We filed three complaints with Toyota and got absolutely no where. If you buy from this dealership and you want to take the risk have the new car inspected by an independent mechanic. Once you drive that car off the lot you are on your own. You will get no support from this group. This experience has been the worst customer experience in five decades of buying cars. A terrible culture that is in no way focused on you the customer. A truly bad culture to buy a car from. More
