I had an issue with the spare key earlier this year and had to visit the dealership twice. The manager handled it and I had a new key in less than an hour. I recently went in for a tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised with how well the staff handled their Covid procedures, All employees were wearing masks (and the customers) and guests we spaced out- it was never crowded even though they were constantly busy. My service advisor, Alyssa was very helpful and polite- as were all the employees I interacted with. Very happy with my services thus far at Kings. More

No hassle and great list price on a 2010 used Jeep I'm impressed with this dealership because they took in a 2010 Jeep Wrangler with 52K miles and priced it fairly. I called Toyota immediately when I got wind the Jeep was in their lot. The salesperson Danny had the Jeep waiting for me when I arrived early in the morning. When we wanted the Jeep, we simply agreed to the price and Toyota 1) requested no down payment and 2) said they wanted the Jeep to pass mechanical inspection before we could purchase it the next day. Danny had received other calls on this car, but he told them it was being looked at. Overall, a great no-hassle experience from this dealership. Thanks, Toyota! More

We went through the lot very near closing time and found something we were interested in. We entered the showroom and were greeted by Tim Klenk. Tim helped us to find out information about the vehicle we were looking at and went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to get the paperwork completed the next day. The vehicle had been taken in on trade that very day and we turned that around within 24 hours. Then he worked to get the vehicle cleaned and serviced and to my daughter. We are very pleased with his customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend Tim if you are looking for a used car. More

Horrible experience from the start. Went in to buy a brand new Tacoma at the end of 2017. The sales team was lax my sales man said this wouldn’t take long it ended up taking 7 hours. The salesman was on brand new Tacoma at the end of 2017. The sales team was lax my sales man said this wouldn’t take long it ended up taking 7 hours. The salesman was on Facebook more than doing his job. I drove home within a few days the truck had a noise in the driveline. Back to toyota they ended up installing a new transfer case from another lax service staff That took nearly two weeks. The free oil changes take forever. I paid for a tire rotation and all 4 of my wheels and lugnuts were heavily damaged. When I went back to talk with the manager I was accused by her that the damage was done by me!! I explained that I would not be here if I had done it myself. They set me up with a local shop to repair my wheels. The manager at the wheel repair shop told me they will come to my place of work to repair my wheels. The tech they told me to contact tells me I have to bring it to him. If you want a good “Toyota” experience I recommend dealing 100% with a different dealership from the beginning. Horrible service, horrible customer relations. Horrible experience every time I walk through the door. More
Horrible Customer Service I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Elantra on March 27,2020 I was in real bad need of a new car and i had a set budget in my head. First walking in Dave was a I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Elantra on March 27,2020 I was in real bad need of a new car and i had a set budget in my head. First walking in Dave was a great sales manager he was patient he worked with my budget and had me in and out within hours. I noticed after two days that my car seemed as if it has something pulling on the gear shift when getting on the highway, going up hills, and sometimes just driving in general that car will slow down as if it not getting enough gas then just takes off really fast. So i called this morning April 6,2020 and the first gentlemen i spoke with was very rude and nasty and lied and told me Dave was in a meeting and couldn't talk. Dave called me back after 2 minutes and was just as rude he didn't look up my car he didn't even let me finish my story he just cut me off and said there was nothing they could do because the issue of the car pulling was never reported so he isn't sure the only advice he could give was for me to take it to a ship and have it looked over. More
They tried to rip me off! My service experience was eye opening. It started with a service advisor bragging how he got a customer to replace every fluid in his car when he didn't need it. Next I was told I had to wait 60-90 minutes for a oil change, when I had an appointment. I was told I needed a cabin filter replaced. Never again, I found out it cost $40 for labor! That is twice the cost of the filter. It takes about 5 minutes to replace, so I'll do it myself. After replacing the filter I'm then told I need a new battery. I purchased a 5 year battery from Kings in 2014 and that battery was replaced May 2017. Now they said the replacement battery is bad. I said no. I went to Auto Zone and they tested the battery and it is good, right down the middle of the battery indicator's green zone good. I can't trust Kings after this experience. More
Do not use this dealership. KINGS TOYOTA Against my better judgement I decided to buy a car here again. There were dealer issues with my last Highlander. I Spent 50,000 cash for this Highlander and wa better judgement I decided to buy a car here again. There were dealer issues with my last Highlander. I Spent 50,000 cash for this Highlander and was just told my last service was not under warranty because it was 1000 mi over warranty. Oops, I guess I am not supposed to travel with this car. I even had one service out of state to comply May my next car after a lifetime of Toyota cars will be a Subaru! More
