Chris explained I could wait and they would have one probably in a week or so. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call telling me my car was in 2 days later. Due to a vacation and scheduling I actually had to wait to pick it up and Chris was very nice and came in on his off day to finish up the paperwork and ensure I was happy with the car. I really felt like I knew him and was really great dealing with him. I knew pretty much what I wanted another Rav4 and the color. That day when I left they were already starting on the paper work and would have the car ready the next day. I drove in my old Rav4 and picked up the new, it was the fastest, smoothest transaction ever. Thanks to the people at Kings Toyota and especially Jim Gray. Kings Toyota deserves an A+ in its repeat customer service which it was lacking before. Kings Toyota is not even close to where I live but keep going back because I like them and the selection is larger. Toyota of Cincinnati is a lot closer but I will never go in there again, they should be shut down. More

When I walked into Kings Toyota I was going through the motions to be certain I had made the right choice on ANOTHER car. So I drove the Rav4 and pretty much to my amazement I fell in love with it. After 2 days of haggling with the other dealership for the small SUV I thought I wanted, my mind was exhausted at the thought of having to start over...good thing I didn't have to. From start to finish my buying experience was calm and easy...no haggling involved. Christina, my salesperson, was upfront about the price. No starting with what 'payment I could afford' angle, which pleased me to no end. So I walked in to buy and in no time at all the transaction was done. I have never purchased such a big ticket item so easy and hassle free in my 52 years. So, would I recomment Kings Toyota and Christina Richmond to my friends? The answer is a resounding YES! But...the service didn't stop there. A few weeks ago, nearly 3 months after my purchase, I locked my keys in my car at a nearby grocery store. Somewhat panicked I called Kings and relayed my dilema. The person answering the phone said 'let me transfer you to Christine, I believe she's here and might be able to help you'. Christine called the service department hoping to cut a new key for me, but they had just closed. So she offered to pick me up herself, drive me home to get my spare key and drive me back to my car. We knew what we were looking for in a new car and Bruce pointed us straight to it. We were in a rush that morning as we had a family function to attend and were running late.
