Bought a 2009 Avalon and the sales person was very helpful. Helped identify and fix several small problems with the car (windshield wipers, scratches on drivers door, floor mats). It took a couple of visits to repair a minor problem with the drivers seat, since the part was not ordered as expected in the first visit. Also, still waiting for the manual (over a month) that was promised at time of sale. Generally, in spite of these minor issues, a good experience so far. I do wish we could do away with the sales game of make an offer, check with the 'manager', sad face, make another offer, get final deal --- then tack on all the extra charges and get another hard, but friendly sell for extended warranty with the finance manager. Sales person has done a pretty good job of following up on issues post-sale and I have and will continue to recommend him to others. More

We really loved working with Bruce. We came in looking for a sienna, expecting our third baby and Bruce really took care of us. This was actually our first car buying experience as a couple, and we were feeling very apprehensive about the entire process. Bruce showed us several models of the sienna van, allowed us time to take a test drive, and also time to leave and think about things for a few weeks. We truly appreciated the "no rush" and "no push" hard sell that really intimidated us coming into the process. It's a lot of money to spend, on a purchase that we'd have for several years carrying our family from here, there to everywhere. We wanted the time and space to figure out if this was right for us.
