First off im a very dificult customer because I very strongly prefer manuel transmission vehicles but thats no excuse for not knowing whats on a lot. The salesman we had met with was named Carl Rinaldi, he had no clue of what was on his lot witch is fixable of walking around but the quality of the cars on the lot I question the first vehicle I drove was an FJ cruiser witch was nice but looking under the hood not all of the fluids were toped off or full. The second one we drove was a ford ranger immediatly when I got in it I had noticed that aftermarket cruise control had been added when the truck had cruise from the factory TO me thats fisy that the truck has problems no thanks. After some walking around I spotted a Pt cruiser witch i have one and love the car but this Pt cruiser had never been cleaned or had any maintaince done on it. You dont put a dirty car on the lot like that that just shows the dealer doesnt care even if it might have problems or etc. All the cheaper cars had no attempt at a good cleaning THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! More

Bruce is a great salesman, very professional. He is honest, treats his clients with respect, and goes the extra mile to get them a great deal. He is super responsive and great with communicating. This is the second car I leased with Bruce, and the main reason I came back to King's Toyota was the first experience I had working with Bruce was so good. He did not disappoint on my second purchase! Just can't recommend him enough. He managed a complex two for one swap (I was trading in a 2004 Sienna minivan and also trading out of a lease midterm on a 2011 Camry for a new lease on a 2012 Venza.) with efficiency and competence, and explained the financial details to me clearly, without talking down to me. All around excellent salesman. More

Doug was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions I had. He kept in touch with me prior to picking up the car and after I got the car. I told a friend that I was wanting to get a new car. We live in South Carolina. He told me to check out Kings Toyota in Cincinnati Ohio. He said he had bought several cars from them. We got on their web site and they had a 2010 Buick LaCrosse with only 6027 miles on the car. I have always wanted a buick but I thought I could never afford one. When I saw the buick on line and the price I was blown away. I did my research for a five hundred mile radius and no other dealer could tough the price with the very very low milage. Kings Toyota was over $2000 cheaper than any other dealer. My sales man was Don Tillery. Don was the best sales man ever. Driving over five hundred miles to Kings Toyota in Cincinnati was DEFINATELY worth the trip and I will definately go back. I have been telling everyone I know that if they are interested in buying a please check out Kings Toyota in Cincinnati Ohio. It will be worth the trip. I love love love my car. More
