As a returning customer, I purchased a new Camry in 2012. I'm interested in buying a 2021 Supra and called the dealership to schedule a test drive and to inquire about the vehicle. I asked to speak to the sales manager and again he said there's a no test drive policy on that vehicle. UNBELIEVABLE!!! How do they expect someone to purchase a $50,000 plus car without test driving it first???? Their service department also gives me a hard time every time I take my Camry in for the complimentary oil changes that was written into my contract when I purchased that car back in 2012. We negotiated an interest rate of 2.9 to 3.5% range on 60 months and Terrell Davis had it marked up to 72 months which is not what i wanted, I said 60 months from the very beginning. Thank god he messed up my phone number because it gave me more time to read through it and see what they were doing. I had a credit score in the high 800’s and when I am going through the paper work with Terrell my ARP is showing 6.5% interest, so I say something and he says no its 4.9% at Toyota financial which is absolutely ridiculous because i know you guys get a kick back on that not to mention you ran FIVE hard inquiries on my credit which is ridiculous and the best you could find me was with Toyota financial with an 839 credit score? That is not what was negotiated and that 4.9% interest rate is not competitive at all. If I didn’t catch it you would of had me sign all that with a 6.5% interest rate. My salesman Stephen Shonerburger agreed to all of this when I was negotiating the car and I had to call him multiple times to get this fixed and then when I get to the dealership for the 3rd time you still try to get me to keep the 4.9% interest rate and stephen who said he was gonna be there is no where to be found, I had to argue multiple times for a fair interest rate that was negotiated from the beginning, I had to drive to Mason 3 times! I finally got the interest rate I negotiated after multiple attempts of you guys trying to mark it up, this is the exact reason people hate buying cars because of exactly what you guys try to do. I will never buy a car from kings auto mall ever again. Not to mention when I got the car it literally had 7 miles left before it ran out of gas , and you tell you don’t put gas in used cars. If you buy a car from them and deal with Terrell Davis I encourage you to check interest rates and payment terms before you sign anything. More

Then I brought my vehicle to the service department for a lose windshield wiper that was covered under the warranty. A mechanic tightened it in their garage and I left. The windshield wiper messed up again, but now the vehicle is out of warranty. Since my car wasn't taken back, there is no record of my windshield wiper amd they won't cover it. DO NOT BUY TOYOTA AND DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT OR DEALERSHIP More
I highly reccomend Kings Toyota to anyone searching for a car. This is my third car from them because I have such good experiences. Nate Lewis was the greatest salesman I have had. Had the worst experience yesterday! Came in to view what was available in AWD thinking that a larger car lot would have a good selection and sales people willing to show me and help me figure out what I wan was available in AWD thinking that a larger car lot would have a good selection and sales people willing to show me and help me figure out what I wanted/needed in a car. The salesman was horrible and proceeded to tell me what I could afford and wouldn't even consider showing me cars that he seemed "out of my price range" let alone look to see if anything was available in any of their sister lots right next door. Overall horrible experience and we will not be returning. More

We purchased a 2020 Toyota Sienna and were promised prior to purchase for the alignment to be corrected so we went on with the sale. Never was this ever corrected After returning numerous times and basically being told oh well. (I have documents that back all of this up) Kings claims to care about customers and they do not. I have three children and am now paying for a van that is unsafe and Scared to drive that could cost me major dollars in the future due to this dealership not helping correct or replace the van with one with no issues. Very disappointing! More
